BUSTEE SABRINA come in wearing a very tight skirt that is pushing the expanding belly in making it look flat. NORMA STITZ explain to her that is not the season for tight clothes that make her look flat, what we are looking for is expansion. The working out starts with pulling the belly out as far as it will go, listening to the loud belly pop sound that coming out the belly button, running in place to make the belly jump.
