patient X is in the IntensiveCareUnit with an unidentified infectious disease. Nurse Gemma comes in to give him a sponge bath. As she is applying the sponge bath she thinks maybe he might need a release also...she strokes until he gets hard and then, at great risk to herself, she removes her mask and blows him until he does a full release. (cumshot) Then she panics, puts on her mask and runs out.
