Frankie finds a packet a cigarettes and confronts Penny Lee as she is not meant to be smoking. Frankie is so angry that Penny is denying them being hers. Frankie is so angry that she decides to punish her by handcuffing her to the chair and making her smoke infront of her. Penny has no choice as Frankie over powers her. Frankie lights up the fag and puts it in her mouth. Penny is made to inhale deeply causing her to cough. Frankie doesn't stop and carries on making Penny smoke the whole cigarette even though she can tell Penny is struggling. To finish the punishment off Frankie walks off and leave Penny handcuffed to the chair.
