While rocking my best punk rock Peggy Bundy impression, I use my trusted & true q-tip-up-the-nose-wiggle & start squeezing out some sneezes! One after another they explode out of me, spraying spit and snot everywhere until I've finally teased too much & my sneeze tank appears to be empty.  That's it. That's the whole thing.
