Phoenix Wild has been sent to investigate the serial tickler. She has no idea what is in-store for her. When she has her back turned, the serial tickler sneaks up behind her and knocks her out. He strips her clothes off and ties her to a chair. He then tickle her until she gives in and gives him information.
