This is another breast pumping clip. Although I am getting more milk out, my progress is slower than I had hoped. So I am going to have to start pumping 3-4 times daily, for my supply to come back fully! However, I do have more than I had last clip, which I posted. In this one I use breast pump on both breasts for full first 10 mins of clip (first 5 mins head in frame too, second 5 mins breast close ups). For the final 3 and a half mins, I hand express milk from my breasts, after removing pumps. The milk has become whiter now, and is less oily, compared with last clip. A little drips down each breast.
