The 2018 Holiday Season is over and it was another great one to spend with all of you. But with the Holidays, there is lots of cookies, candy, and sugary sweets to enjoy. And as a result, I noticed I am once again gaining weight. Come on in and lets discuss the pounds I am putting on.
