I've done my routine workout before which was HIIT Cardio, HIIT Resistance and HIIT Abs workout this time. But I wanna work on my arms using weight this time. So I show you my sweaty upper body, and then remove the bra off and doing all the arm workout topless. Only leave the yoga pants on. I do triceps, biceps, arm lifting, shoulders exercise and so on. You can enjoy and worship my dripping sweat shiny upper body and armpits over on 20 minutes. :)
