I've been asked many times to do a naked yoga video and have always said no because I am not the perfect yogi. I have practiced for 8 years but it is often within my home and not in studio so my stances aren't perfect. I am also no the normal looking 20 year old yoga chick. But this is something I love and do daily, its a big part of my life and something I wanted to share with you. Plus there is something erotic about it.
