You’re trying to be “good” while you’re in quarantine. “Trying” being the key word there. You have good intentions when you make your weekly meal plans, and you mostly stick to them—but between meals you’re snacking constantly, stuffing yourself full of fat and calories and bloating up that already plump body of yours. You’ve even joined a Zoom fitness class to try to burn some of those calories you can’t stop yourself from consuming. And you think you’re doing well. Then you get an email from the fitness instructor offering a free one-on-one class. You leap at the opportunity. You’re in for a quite shock, and a humiliating one at that.
