Custom : For the first half, I'd like you standing up with the frame just from your waist to the top of your head and I'd like you to put regular, standard rubber bands on each of your tits. Up to 25 on each boob. After every 5-10, please take a minute to bounce your boobs by doing jumping jacks (or something like that that's not too tiring). When you get as many as you can on, do a ton of bouncing and squeezing them really hard. For the 2nd half, either with or without the rubber bands on, I prefer with, sit at a desk so that your boobs rest right on top of it. Please make sure your whole tits are in the frame. And then bounce your boobs up and down so that they this on the desktop like you're a drummer. And squeeze them and smoosh them down on the desktop so they pancake out.
