Everything is bigger in Texas, including breakfast! We do chicken-fried style anything, plus loads of gravy and cheesy mac and cheese. Of course, no breakfast would be complete without a plate full of scrambled eggs. Eight eggs in this case, and I cover them at the beginning with different types of local favorite sauces. I use chopsticks on the scrambled eggs in traditional mukbang style. Some talking at the beginning and a little bit of banter in the middle.
