Pretty AB-mommy Belle is back again and she loves to care for our AB boys. First she plays in the nursery then cuddles him in close to her bosom as she brings out her breasts from her maternity bra. He sucks happily away first on one breast then the other until his tummy is quite full. Of course, after having so much milk he soon fills his diaper and it is saturated and heavy. AB-mommy Belle lays him on a change mat, undoes his diaper and very thoroughly wipes his willy clean. Next she rubs in lots of powder to make sure he does not get a diaper rash again. Then on with a fresh diaper, a big hug and back to play time.
