The Lone Marshall Elis Ataxxx stands around the corner waiting on the master criminal Richard Lennox -  leader of the Pawtucket gang - to walk in. Richard comes in looking for his band of criminals, Dustin Steele and Russell Grand. But they’re nowhere to be found as Elis puts his pistol to the back of Richard and ties him up. Now Elis gets his way with Richard just like he did with Dustin and Russell. He slowly strips off Richard’s socks - showing off his bare feet. Elis tickles Richard’s feet, trying to get answers out of him. Elis tickles Richard until he can’t stand it - then leaves Richard all tied up while he gets his cop buddies to come laugh at him.
