I use my balloon pump to inflate/deflate a 24-inch Tuftex balloon three times. I inflate it with my mouth one final round until it explodes on me! I also sit on a 17-inch while I inflate the 24-inch, which surprisingly does not pop. The 24-inch pops on me suddenly as I'm looking at the balloon and deciding that I should grab my glasses to watch it explode safely.
