REAL Spy Cam in Shower

So, I found out my roommate has been putting one of those cheap security cameras you get from Wish in our shower, that we share. I didn't tell him I found it but I did take the SD card out and found this with another days recording as well but it cut off from running out of space. I put the SD card back in, should I tell him?
