I love this. But I am having a problem. I've downloaded this video 4 times. And every time, it says it's not supported and only plays the audio or acts like a slideshow. I'm not sure what's wrong. I've tried it on VLC player and my phones video player as well as opening it in a file checker which says it is a videofile. Love lana and am glad I bought this video. Just wish I could watch it.
