I haven’t casted in a while and I am moving soon and have to use up all of my leftover cast supplies because my storage space is going to be limited. So I decide to do an arm cast and a leg cast for pictures and videos. I don’t have much stockinet or padding left so I am just piecing these together. I also try to keep them as thin as possible because I will be taking them off by myself with a pair of tin snips. In this video I put on and take off both casts. The worst is getting the arm cast off myself. I will never do THAT again!
