Military scientist Richard Lennox explains to officer JC Dickerson that something went awry in the experiment, and the super soldier formula actually shrunk their soldier test subjects. While pondering how to explain the situation to others, JC proposes that they have a little fun. The duo start dominating the shrunken soldiers, making them scratch itches in their noses and asses.
