Father figure. Can provide you feedback, and ways to handle situations. Beware of that feedback coming across as being short-sided or unreasonable. Take the information and work on it to improve yourself, be accepting, but don't allow the person to provide the feedback to be a jerk about it. Stand up for yourself if needed.
