She's begun to test the DNA of Gotham's most powerful villains to find out what counteracts their powers. Her first test subject is Poison Ivy. She explains that queen honey bees create a royal honey that can be used to counteract Ivy's DNA and control her. Dr. Valora wanted you to be present today to witness history as she fuses these 2 samples for the first time. As soon as she adds a drop of royal honey to Ivy's DNA, there's a dangerous chemical reaction. A toxic fume quickly fills the room and laughter can be heard off in the distance. Ivy. It was all a trap! Dr. Valora urges you to run but vines come up and ensnare you. You're made to watch as Dr. Valora transforms into Queen Bee. A new villainess stands before you, laughing as she is no longer an ordinary citizen, she now has the power to control the minds of men. And you're her first victim, Batman! Since Queen Bee is a descendant creation of Ivy, she administers her poisonous sting through a kiss. As her red lips touch yours, you're instantly teleported to another state of mind where there is only Queen Bee. Relax, Batman. Once she's done, you'll no longer have a single thought that is yours. You'll soon become a drone with the body of a hornet and the mind of a bumble bee.
