I am fully naked and in high heels. I walk back and forth like this for a couple mins. First walking a shorter distance kind of fast, then walking a longer distance at normal speed. I speed walk a couple times without shoes just to give some real nice jiggles that I couldnt do in the shoes. I bounce up and down from all angles. Then, I do jumping jacks (again, all angles). Finally, I twerk bending over which creates a nice "clap" sound.
