In the first episode of the Arkham XXX Origins series, we meet the young intern Harleen Quinzel, who finds herself under scrutiny from Gotham city police commissioner Gordon. The commissioner must convince her to re-evaluate the psychopath criminal Alvin Day, whom Quinzel has found to be insane, in her evaluation. She soon realizes this as an opportunity to strike a deal with Gordon, which would allow her full access to be the first doctor to evaluate all future inmates. Her motive for this deal is still to be discovered, but for now the deal will be sealed with some steamy and sticky sex. Who seals a deal with a hand shake anyway?
