My coach is helping me prepare for a competition and he's advised me to try practicing holding my breath for longer. I'm a bit inexperienced and kind of a scaredy cat when it comes to being underwater....but practice makes perfect! I pinch my nose and see just how long I can stay underwater, each time pushing myself longer and longer. First ten seconds..then thirty...then fifty... It's not impressive compared to others but I get so excited by my progress! I go down one more time and I just can't help myself...I unzip my swimsuit and caress my breasts underwater, the feeling of accomplishment turning me on so much! What do you think? Will coach be impressed?
