Custom script. You’re in a waiting room at a doctors office. You walk in wearing the neck brace, a tee shirt and a tight pair of jeans with your diaper underneath. Your diaper should be sticking out above the jeans a little bit. You look like you’re in a lot of neck pain and whimper and moan loudly as you press against the side of your neck brace. You sit down and continue to be in pain. You begin to fart and realize that you really have to go to the bathroom. You get up and cover your butt as you fart some more. You look for the bathroom and find the door but it’s locked. You knock and ask the person to let you in. You stand there and get more and more desperate and continue to fart. You can’t hold it anymore and fart more. You unbutton and push your jeans down to your knees and stand there sticking out your butt as you fart. You hold your neck in pain as you loudly grunt and strain. When you’re finished, you start to waddle away with your jeans at your knees covering your butt and feeling very embarrassed. End scene.
