Helpless in my upper body cast that my therapist recommended for my compulsive masturbating.... I go out to get a few things i need from the grocery store... It is SUCH a STRUGGLE to get the things I need and check out... not to mention all the stares I get as im shopping... helpless.... then to make things even worse when I get back to the house... my neighbor asks me what happened and I have to make up some story about an accident embarrassed to tell her about my masturbating to the extent that I was told I needed one of these things... and to make matters even worse.... I AM STILL HORNY!!!
