"Rupert is wearing a full suit and tie with belt and dress shoes. He is working in his office then all of the sudden he starts to have some chest pains, shortness of breath. (Rupert is having a heart attack). Rupert clutches his chest with heavy breathing then collapses to floor with eyes and mouth wide open and one hand on his chest. Ruperts' press secretary comes in finds him resting and tries to wake him up. No response, checks for a pulse...no pulse, and checks for breathing, he is not breathing either. She gives Rupert two quick mouth to mouth rescue breaths, then does 30 chest compressions on his suit and tie. After the first round she checks for a pulse again, still nothing. She unbuttons the suit jacket to continue chest compressions on his shirt and tie. The press secretary performs CPR for a long time. Rupert doesn’t regain consciousness at all so she is getting very exhausted from the compressions so she calls the time then waits a few seconds before walking out of the room. After she walks out the camera is showing Rupert laying on the ground with suit jacket open, eyes and mouth wide open. While the camera is looking at Rupert he takes a very big breath of fresh air the secretary heard from her desk and walks in over to Rupert to help him up. "
