A tabata is a classic workout technique that utilizes various movements, often bodyweight and simple to do. It is very fast and effective at getting your heart rate up right away. You'll move as fast as possible doing your movements for 20 seconds. You'll get 10 seconds of rest then we'll go again for 8 whole rounds. It's only a 4-minute workout. What are you afraid of?
