I've been seriously upping the ante on My runs lately. I almost always wear wrist weights, so I can get a full body workout. But, yesterday, I decided I was going to get the full body workout by just running really fast for 6 miles. It was going great until I tripped and fell... really fucking hard... and it hurt really fucking bad.
