Ashley realizes that she has been so busy lately, she hasn’t been making time to work out. Maybe she knock out two things from her to-do list at once. She can workout and film a video for you to watch. Maybe you can even “workout” along with her. Ashley is hot so she strips out of her clothes. Exercising naked is a nice benefit of working out at home. She stretches a bit before getting started (make sure you stretch out your forearm!). Ashley then proceeds to show a variety of exercises while encouraging you.
