First Half 12. Using all 4 of the angles in any order, flex HARD with JUST your right, JUST your left, and a DOUBLE BICEP pose 3. For Flex Angle 3, softly grab your shoulder instead of pointing at it. 4. While flexing, talk about how big, strong, and sexy your biceps are (optional). 5. While flexing I want to see the difference in your arms between flexed and un-flexed a few times. With some of the angles, hold your arm in an un-flexed position for a few seconds then flex as hard as you can to make seem your biceps just popped up. I hope that makes sense :) **IT’S REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME TO PLEASE HAVE GOOD FORM WITH ALL THE 4 FLEX ANGLES.** Second Half 1. Using any of the 4 angles and in any order, bounce your biceps with JUST your right, JUST your left, and a DOUBLE BICEP bouncing pose. 2. Switch to another angle and do the same thing with ALL 4 ANGLES.
