
First ten minutes. I`m looking in the mirror and play with my hair. Then I demonstrate my arms and biceps muscles. I turn around and show my arms and biceps from behind. Then I proceed to roll up my sleeves, and finally remove my top to reveal entirely bare arms. Light-hearted, energetic and humorous/teasing and playful (but "serious" flexing) approach. The second ten minutes, I go through an exercise routine: > Doing push-ups > Lifting weights - biceps curls > Doing sit ups > Some other exercises that emphasize strength building
