I have not been training my flexibility enough in covid. So I do for the first time in weeks, starting with my splits. I warm up my legs in lunges then start doing my splits. For an extra challenge I decide to blow up balloons while sitting in my splits. Once my splits are warmed up it's time to take things to the next level and blow some more balloons in my oversplits. This really destroyed me. (Side note, I only did my right side cause I have an injury healing on my left.)
