I do a "cam show" where I show everyone that I have a man in my belly. When we earn a certain amount of tokens, I strip out of my robe. When we reach the 2nd token goal, we tickle, manipulate and play with the guy in my belly. IF we reach the 3rd token goal, I let him out of my belly. Unfortunately we miss the 3rd token goal by just a few tokens and he stays stuck in my belly forever!
