At 37 weeks, my milk isn't quite spraying everywhere yet, but there is plenty of it. I squeeze my nipples and watch streams form trickling down my large, pregnant belly curve. The streams get thicker and faster as I express more. Soon, my whole belly is covered and sticky. It is pretty awesome to watch.
