You come into my gym one day to start training with me with the hopes of becoming more muscular. You've heard that I am the best trainer in the city and that men wait months to get sessions with me. Today is our first meeting and I do an overall assessment of you before concluding what muscle group we should start with. I tell you that for men, it is the most important to first start with developing good arms, specifically--the forearm. I tell you that today we are going to work it really hard, I want you panting, dripping sweat and sore by the end of it. I'm the best in my field and although it may seem unconventional, I'm the best motivator, turning all of my clients into gym addicts!
