I was challenged to see how much weight I could gain if I drank a 15,000 calorie shake each night before bed while gorging myself during the days to the best of my ability for 5 days in a row. I'm never one to turn down a challenge, so I accepted! It's Day 4 of my 15,000 calorie shake challenge. I made a decadent shake with 3 kinds of ice cream, cake mix, heavy cream, and weight gain powder and chug the entire thing! I can feel myself getting fatter and I love it.
