I welcome you to my first training session. I will demonstrate for you the basic exercises that I perform to have strong and slender legs. You will see five exercises with a barbell and dumbbells (at the end of the training session, you will get a little surprise.). I have been training at home for several years. It’s time to show the naked truth of this process. I want to note that this workout is demonstrative. I perform two sets in each of the five exercises (I usually have three to five working sets in each exercise). The first set I perform frontally in front of the camera, the second set I perform with my back to the camera. Since this is the first episode, I will be happy to see the comments and suggestions.
