I tell him he'd better be a good food because I have plenty of ways to silence him and continue my comfort to digest him in peace.   ** I relax deeper and am woken up by ruckus in my stomach. I see I have to teach this one a lesson, oh well, they all can't be perfect. I threaten to sip a full gallon of water to fill my belly even more. I'll eat too! That should shut him down. He's good, but not for long. I have my extra snack. He wants to make his digestion time volatile and uncomfortable? "I can end this at any time I want, food!" Here we go! I think I might take a bath :)  ** I tor ture my food in different ways including exercising, submerging him in a hot bath and splashing him repeatedly by a hot shower. He gets to feel me slam my belly into the counter as well.
