Completely naked, and in the sun-drenched room in my house that's *always* warm, I'm determined to work out, uninterrupted, for 45 minutes. Even totally naked, I'm bound to get pretty sweaty! Starting off with ballet based exercises before moving on to weights, pushups, sit ups, plank, and lots of cardio, I work out hard, and I start sweating plenty. Soon, my skin is covered with an oily sheen and I'm breathing hard and grunting and groaning with effort. This workout is HARD! I even sweat through my makeup!
