Totally naked, with my hair in a ponytail, I'm ready to do my familiar workout with my personal trainer (not seen - you just hear her voice). And she is strict, making sure I push myself to the limit. I'm soon hot and sweaty and sticky from the combination of ballet-style cardio, weight lifting, hula hooping, pushups and squats. But that's how you get fitter, so she encourages me to carry on. By the time we finally get to the (very naughty) flexibility part of the class, I'm out of breath, red faced and so sweaty!
