Mediation through this sensation we like to call pain. Focusing on, accepting, and being comfortable with pain is a mental, physical and spiritual journey. I like to preform BDSM acts such as hot candle wax on myself to help train my mind into accepting pain effortlessly. Overtime the feeling of pain becomes comfortable once you learn to love it. You can see that there are moments where I lose focus and the sensation of the hot wax feels more like pain than pleasure. Towards the end, I try to push myself further by also using ankle restraints to target the more sensitive parts of my body such as my tummy and inner thighs. This is about a half an hour meditative practice where I am only using hot wax and restraints, so stick down and enjoy the sweet sounds of signing bowls.
