A very special Wellness Wednesday video this week for two reasons! 1) it’s sans knee brace though I probably shouldn’t be 2) a year ago today I finished my very last treatment of chemo! I am going through a rollercoaster of emotions at the moment but will likely turn today into a personal day (I almost didn’t do this video but I can’t let you down on the third one plus I woke up doing a happy dance so why not share it with you. I am writing a thanks you/acknowledgment/update for my personal pages and will likely add it here later as well for if you want to read it. Happy hump day love
