This is an ASMR video. This therapist is breaking records as she tries something new and bold. She realizes the client "Mr Z or You" has skipped a few questions relating to sexuality and tries to understand why they did that. She slowly becomes aware that she is in a presence of a very 'special' client. This client is no joke, they do not know how to masturbate, haven't had any sexual relations, and does not know that they are hung!!! That's crazy! And so the therapist unleashes her blow job abilities on this client at the same time remains professional by not having sex with them, or at least not in her office. ;)
