
This was a fantastic and dripping sweaty Cardio Conditioning workout session. Intense, low impact and dumbells made it even more effective all over. I just got my new tight yoga pants so let's try it out and this time being topless. I have so much energy today but outside is extremely hot and humid. So sweat is guaranteed. I start with some light warm up as always then grab my dumbells and following my team's instructions all the time. All exercises claim focus and engagement to built nice toned and lean muscles. I love it. Upper body alternates with lower body routines. I get sweaty pretty quick and spots appears on the top of my yoga pants. I feel how dripping down on my neck all sweaty drops down on naked chest, tits and tones abs. Fantastic. I work so hard but besides in break time I show off how shiny I am of sweat. Dancing a bit but put much more focus on hard work. Once the session it's over I realize I still have so much energy but I get slow down my body and doing some stretching on legs and arms. Then coming the second best part of the video I'm posing sweaty and topless my skinny upper body, present ribs, bones, spine, chest, armpits, and some neck. And all sweat drops just emphasize my skinny body :P all over. I also take some time to pull down the yoga pants and push my sweaty holes to your face.
