Last days I have been sick, coughing all the time until I almost can't breathe... Watch one of my cough attacks in this short video. This time I had a bad cough, with mucus and phlegm being brought up from my chest to my mouth. I also show in the video the inside of my mouth, my red and irritated throat. I even had to take off my cardigan because of a hot flash. I couldn't stop coughing... So I finally decided to take some water directly from the bottle to relieve my poor throat
