The girl, after being resuscitated at home, is transported to a small clinic awaiting transport to the hospital. She has another seizure, soon stops breathing and goes into cardiac arrest. The doctor begins resuscitating the girl with deep compressions, AMBU, and several cycles of defibrillation. She takes off her shirt and continues with resuscitation, without success. It will take more cycles of compressions and defibrillation before the heartbeat returns, but it remains erratic. All that remains is to wait for transport to the hospital.
