The idea behind this is that we are trying to stop my bad eating habits. In the video you mesmerize me, which you do very naturally, and talk with me about replacing my need for eating with the need to exercise. Ideally, you would be wearing something you would exercise in and you would show off how good it makes you look. You would remind me how addicted I am and how your words have a total affect on me. Closing out the idea with telling me to go add exercise like I should and when finished watch another video as a reward to further my addiction.
