Pushing the tip of my nose upwards to create a "pig nose" effect, I smile and make eye contact with you. While pressing on my nose, I switch between a pen, pencil and my finger! Sometimes I use two utensils at once to create a pig snout! I even put a pen and pencil in both nostrils, then push up and sideways, so that my nostrils look ginormous
