The word 'no' has to be my favorite word to use. It's such a simple word and yet it works amazingly. A no is a straight-up denial, a refusal of whatever you wanted. Saying no reinforces the control that I have over you. Saying no leaves you scrambling to fix whatever you think you might have done wrong to earn the denial. A simple 'no' holds so much power when I use it. Its my favorite for a good reason.
